Our first Resilience Ride was something special. A quiet morning on the water. Families arriving with open hearts. Salt Run calm and steady around us.
We partnered with Anastasia Watersports to bring this experience to life, and their team helped make the morning feel safe, supported, and meaningful. Tracy, our guide, taught us about the wildlife, the tides, and the resilience woven into Salt Run itself. It set the tone for everything that followed.
We spent time kayaking together, moving at a gentle pace, letting the water slow us down. Afterward, we shared lunch at the pavilion. We talked. We connected. We laughed. Some of us cried. All of it belonged. All of it mattered. That is the heart of Tidal Resilience. Every emotion has a place here.
Thank you to our families for showing up with courage and openness. Thank you to our volunteers for holding space with kindness and care. You made this morning what it was.
Until next time.
